Important & Additional Information

Directions for use

tablets: First week: 2-4 tablets per day with water or Pukka organic Aloe Vera Juice before or after meals. Thereafter: 6 tablets per day. Optimum: 6 tablets 3 times a day.

Powder: First week: 1/2 teaspoon (1.5g) per day with water or Pukka organic Aloe Vera Juice before or after meals. Thereafter: 1 teaspoon per day (3g). Optimum: 1 teaspoon 3 times a day (9g).

Requirements can vary dependent on your nutritional need, personal activities and age.
